Zena is a qualified licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist and a registered member of AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) and ATMS (Australian Traditional Medicine Society).

Zena has been passionate about natural therapies since a young age. In addition to Chinese medicine, Traditional Middle Eastern cupping (Hijama), Western herbal medicine, guasha and chinese massage (Tuina), baby shiatsu, cosmetic acupunture and micro needling, diet therapy, exercise and lifestyle advice.

Zena has completed a Bachelor of health science / Masters of Traditional Chinese Medicine at the University of Western Sydney. In addition, Zena has completed a 3 month internship of Traditional Chinese Medicine at one of the leading hospitals in Nanjing, China. She spent the majority of her time studying facial acupuncture, weight loss, Tuina massage, gynaecology and Chinese herbal medicine.

Zena has studied with many international leading professionals in Chinese medicine, allowing her to provide a wide variety of treatments tailored to achieve the best possible outcomes for her patients. She is passionate about continually furthering her studies and regularly undertakes advanced training to expand and refine her treatment techniques. Zena has studied advanced facial acupuncture techniques, Master Tung-style acupuncture, Balance Acupuncture Therapy, and baby shiatsu, along with a range of specialised acupuncture techniques to further enhance her clinical approach and treatment outcomes.

Zena aims to treat each patient individually by giving her patients a customised treatment catered towards their particular health condition. Zena combines her knowledge of Chinese and Western Medicine to create a unique individual and holistic approach to care for each patient.

Zena’s wide range of experience in Western and Chinese medicine has given her the ability to treat a wide variety of conditions such as; musculoskeletal disorders, sport injuries, dermatological conditions, digestive disorders and emotional stress complaints.

Zena specialises in the treatment of  women’s health conditions such as; infertility (PCOS, endometriosis etc), IVF support and pregnancy management.
